Neal Richardson brings a taster of his insightful and inspiring feelgood show to the Con Club, celebrating the great Nat King Cole. You’ll know all the tunes, but you won’t know some of the biographical detail woven throughout the set.
As the show title suggests, Neal doesn’t try to be Nat (his hero): rather this tribute is a work of love from one pianist and singer to the memory of another. Revel in all the big hits performed live in front of you – Let There Be Love, Nature Boy, Mona Lisa, This Can’t Be Love… and of course Unforgettable.
The Trio comprises Neal Richardson on piano and vocals, Anglo-Ghanaian bass-player Miles Danso, and Austrian drummer Alex Eberhard.
