Before we go into the summer break we have pulled out all the stops with our WIP ( work in progress) Season finale.
On the 25th July the marvellous Dominic Holland will open the night .
Dominic’s current show is a great mix of storytelling and some comedy: stand-up Dominic’s current book is called Open links.
DH is an award winning stand up comedian and the author of 9 books and counting including his non fiction series of comic essays Takes on Life – anecdotes which form the spine of this new show. These essays cover his life and yours, teasing out the idiosyncrasies which plague us all. Hard hitting questions like when is it time to wash a towel and when is an onion finally peeled. The best humour is found in things we can all relate to.
Described by the Sunday Times as ‘”The UK’s master of observational comedy” (although this was when Michael McIntyre was still at school), this show is inclusive and great fun for all ages.
Dominc will be selling and signing books on the night. Get a book signed by Spiderman’s dad!
Adam Hills hasn’t perform stand-up comedy in 13 years and we are so excited to have him appear at comedy at the con.
