Strange Neighbours will kick things off with their blend of indie pop and rock, flavours of R.E.M, Talking Heads and Blondie, building up to the full-on Funky Friday danceathon of Supernatural Things. With a bass/drums/percussion-driven rhythm section worthy of James Brown, Supernatural Things like to feed off the energy in the room with jazz-infused sax and blues guitar solos in a set featuring classics by the likes of Aretha Franklin, Bill Withers and Curtis Mayfield.
