Featuring two former Fugazi members – experimental jazz and ska punk trio, The Messthetics, are joined with jazz composer and saxophonist, James Brandon Lewis. The steady rhythmic backbone, coupled with Pirog’s omnivorous guitar approach — which draws on jazz, punk, free improvisation and everything in between — provides Messthetics with a huge sonic palette.
